The fact that Gaijin even lets players and members communicate with leading developers is unique (just ask any WoT/Wargaming player some time).īy increasing the number of direct connections between devs/admins and players/members, Gaijin becomes more transparent (on a general level) as a company as a whole-increasing value and long-term player, member, customer, and investor interest and commitment. This game is great -the staff try hard to cope with circumstances and players/members as best they can despite certain limitations on commenting, opinionating, and disclosing future content/decisions/policy changes due to NDAs and other rules they follow (like them or not). We need threads that openly connect us to the lead devs and admins on ships, economics, feature(s) development, mobile platforms, and Forum Thunder Improvement. ![]() We really need more of these threads-for inquiries, input, suggestions, and feedback in areas beyond the development of maps and fighting vehicles. In addition, the devs promptly respond and answer back in similar manner with a fair amount of appreciation and humor of their own! My little shpeal on the hope(s) and vision(s) I have for War Thunder (includes frequent player gripes):Įven though players and members don't get a final/pre-final say in what happens next, they do appreciate the game, the devs, and Gaijin more when getting the chance to comment, discuss, inquire, and humor with the lead developers themselves. ![]() ![]() I did not come-up with these comments, but I believe these points of view from people outside of the WT-gaming community are essential in the process of improving War Thunder - the game - and War Thunder - the Forum. Not to glorify War Thunder (WT) entirely, or demonize World of Warplanes (WoWPs) - below is the MMO-gaming community's take on the game (WoWP, WG-centered, and long comments in spoilers).
